1. General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") set forth the rules for using the zautomatyzuj.ai website and contacting ZautomatyzujAI for services ("Service") operated by ZautomatyzujAI based in Poland ("Service Provider", "we", "us", "our").

The Terms have been developed in accordance with Polish law, in particular the Act of 18 July 2002 on the provision of services by electronic means, the Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights, and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 (GDPR).

Use of the Website or contacting the Service Provider constitutes acceptance of these Terms. If you do not accept the Terms, you may not use the Website or contact the Service Provider.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms:

  • "Service" or "Website" means the ZautomatyzujAI website available at zautomatyzuj.ai and all related content and functionalities
  • "User" means a natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit without legal personality that uses the Website or contacts the Service Provider to use services
  • "Client" means an entity with which the Service Provider has entered into a service agreement
  • "Services" means services provided by ZautomatyzujAI in the field of business process automation, AI solution design and implementation, training, and consulting
  • "AI Agents" means automated artificial intelligence systems designed and implemented by the Service Provider for Clients
  • "User Data" means all personal data provided by the user in connection with using the Website or contacting the Service Provider
  • "Agreement" means a service agreement entered into between the Service Provider and the Client
  • "Service Provider" means ZautomatyzujAI based in Poland

3. Service Description

ZautomatyzujAI provides business process automation services and AI solution design and implementation. The company offers the following services:

  • Business process audits - analysis and identification of automation opportunities
  • AI agent design and implementation - creating dedicated AI solutions tailored to client needs
  • Workflow orchestration - connecting systems and processes into cohesive, scalable solutions
  • Team setup - training and support in effective automation utilization
  • Training and workshops - practical training in AI and automation
  • Technical consulting - advice on process optimization and system integration
  • Implementation support - comprehensive support in implementing automation solutions

Services are provided based on individual agreements with clients. Details of scope, terms, and pricing are specified in individual contracts or commercial offers.

The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the service offering and terms of service provision, with the proviso that changes do not affect contracts already entered into with clients.

4. Contact and Inquiries

To use ZautomatyzujAI services, the user may contact the company through:

When contacting, the user agrees to:

  • Provide true, current, and complete contact information
  • Specify the scope of inquiry or needs regarding automation
  • Accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy
  • Observe etiquette and culture in communication

The Service Provider reserves the right to refuse to process an inquiry or establish cooperation in case of violation of these Terms or in other justified cases.

5. Payments and Settlements

Services provided by ZautomatyzujAI are payable according to the terms specified in the individual agreement or commercial offer.

Payment terms are specified in the agreement with the client and may include:

  • Amount of remuneration for services provided
  • Payment terms and methods
  • Form of settlement (invoice, pro forma invoice)
  • Scope of services covered by the agreement
  • Terms of advance payments and installments

Payments for services are made according to the schedule specified in the agreement.

In case of payment delays, the Service Provider may:

  • Suspend service delivery until arrears are settled
  • Charge default interest in accordance with legal provisions
  • Terminate the agreement in the manner provided by law

Payment refunds are available in accordance with consumer law provisions and terms specified in individual agreements.

The Service Provider reserves the right to change service pricing, with the proviso that changes do not affect contracts already entered into with clients.

6. Usage Rules

The user agrees not to use the Service in a manner that:

  • Violates applicable laws, including data protection, copyright, trademark laws
  • Violates third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, image rights
  • Contains illegal, harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content
  • Contains viruses, malware, or other harmful code
  • Attempts to gain unauthorized access to the system, other users' accounts, or data
  • Disrupts the Service, network, or technical infrastructure
  • Serves illegal, fraudulent, or immoral purposes
  • Automates access to the Service in an unauthorized manner (scraping, bots)
  • Attempts to bypass security or functionality limitations of the Service

Violation of the above rules may result in immediate account closure without refund.

7. Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights to the Service, including:

  • Source code, software, algorithms, and technologies
  • Trademarks, logos, trade names
  • Graphics, design, user interface
  • Content, documentation, training materials
  • Databases and data structures

belong to the Service Provider or its licensors and are protected by copyright law, industrial property law, and other legal provisions.

The user receives a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service solely for purposes specified in these Terms.

The license does not include the right to:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute source code or software
  • Use trademarks, logos, or trade names without consent
  • Create derivative products based on the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble software
  • Remove or modify legal notices and copyright information

Data entered by the user remains the property of the user. The user grants the Service Provider a license to process such data for the purpose of providing the Service.

8. Liability and Warranties

The Service Provider provides the Service "as is" and makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • Uninterrupted, error-free operation of the Service
  • Accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of AI Agent results
  • Service compliance with specific user needs
  • Data security (despite applying best security practices)
  • Service availability at all times

The Service Provider is not liable for:

  • Any damages resulting from use or inability to use the Service
  • Data loss (the user is obliged to regularly create backups)
  • User actions or omissions
  • Service interruptions caused by external factors (network, server, service provider failures)
  • Content generated by AI Agents that may contain errors or incorrect information
  • Damages resulting from unauthorized access to the user's account
  • Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
  • Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service Provider's total liability is limited to the amount of fees paid by the user within 12 months preceding the event causing damage.

The above liability limitations do not apply in case of:

  • Death or personal injury caused by Service Provider's negligence
  • Intentional breach by the Service Provider
  • Liability arising from mandatory legal provisions

9. Suspension and Termination

The Service Provider reserves the right to immediately suspend or close a user account in case of:

  • Violation of these Terms
  • Improper use of the Service
  • Non-payment of subscription on time
  • Suspicious or fraudulent activity
  • Request from state authorities
  • Long-term account inactivity (over 12 months)

In case of suspension or account closure due to user fault, no refund is due.

The user may terminate the agreement at any time through:

  • Account deletion in Service settings
  • Email sent to: contact@zautomatyzuj.ai
  • Contact with customer support

After termination of the agreement, user data will be stored in accordance with the Privacy Policy and then deleted, unless legal provisions require longer retention.

10. Data Protection

Processing of user personal data is conducted in accordance with the Privacy Policy available at: /privacy

The user has the right to:

  • Access their personal data
  • Rectify inaccurate data
  • Erase data ("right to be forgotten")
  • Restrict processing
  • Data portability
  • Object to processing
  • Withdraw consent to processing

11. Complaints

The user has the right to file a complaint regarding Service operation.

Complaints may be filed:

  • Electronically to: contact@zautomatyzuj.ai
  • In writing to the Service Provider's registered address
  • Through the contact form available in the Service

A complaint should include:

  • User's first name, last name, and email address
  • Description of the problem or objection
  • User's request
  • Documents confirming complaint circumstances (if applicable)

The Service Provider will review the complaint within 14 days of receipt and inform the user of the outcome.

In case of dissatisfaction with the complaint resolution, the user may use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation or consumer arbitration.

12. Changes to Terms

The Service Provider reserves the right to make changes to these Terms.

Users will be informed of material changes through:

  • Email sent to the address associated with the account (with 30 days' notice)
  • Notice displayed in the Service
  • Update of the "Last updated" date at the beginning of the Terms

Continued use of the Service after changes are made constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

In case of non-acceptance of changes, the user may terminate the agreement within 14 days of receiving notice of changes, without incurring costs.

13. Final Provisions

Matters not regulated by these Terms shall be governed by Polish law.

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved by competent Polish courts in accordance with Polish law.

If the user is a consumer, they have the right to use out-of-court dispute resolution methods, including mediation and the ODR (Online Dispute Resolution) platform available at: https://ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr/

The Terms enter into force on the date of publication on the Service website.

In case of discrepancies between the Polish version and translations, the Polish version takes precedence.
